By using our property feature, you can keep responsibilities and recommendations right at your fingertips. Use it as an all-access tool for instructions, activities, and contacts. This feature makes it easy to organize any questions into one spot. Think of it as your own personal FAQ page!

Head Out Without the Headache: Steps to Simplify Your Next Vacation
With this feature, you can plan your next trip with ease. Simply enter your booking details into the calendar, and the app will take care of the rest. You can also use the calendar to keep track of shared property usage and availability.
Step 1:
Head to the backporch® app and tap the property icon at the bottom of the screen. Next, select “how tos” and hit the “+”.
Step 2:
Add a name such as arrival instructions or wifi passwords, input information or instructions, upload any photos that may help along the way, and hit save.
Step 3:
Tag the entry with a searchable tag using the
magnifying glass symbol to make your
information easy to find. You can also tag a
guest or family member to assign a task to
them. Finally, hit save and confirm, and you’re good to go!

information and helpful contacts easy and
organized.
Step 1:
You can use this section to list details of any
activities you’d like to plan around the property, i.e., restaurants, excursions, or adventures! Head to the backporch® app and tap the property icon at the bottom of the screen. Next, select “activities” and hit the “+”.
Step 2:
Add information about your recommendations, including addresses, your favorite menu items, must-see exhibits, and photos.
Step 3:
You can also add mapping details and photos to help your guests figure out their way around town and locate their own unique finds!
Step 1:
Keep all your contact information – like plumbers and house cleaners – in one place, accessible to anyone needing it for their stay. Head to the backporch® app and tap the property icon at the bottom of the screen. Next, select “contacts” and hit the “+”.
Step 2:
Select “import contact” to transfer contact info from your phone, or select “+ create contact” to fill out contact info in the app. Tap “save” at the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and you’re done!
